Mary believed
that her Son had power to do whatever He wished. Urged by the Holy
Spirit, she turned to Jesus and
said: "They have no wine."
The power
of Mary's compassion and intercession was being manifested when she made known to
Jesus the needs of others.

Hail Mary, full of grace,
the Lord is with thee;
Blessed are thou among
women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb,
Jesus who answers our
prayers.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.
