[ THE CLOTHESPIN PROJECT ]
this is my newest idea...
this one is also about opening channels, but in a different sort of way...
advice is not as tangible as many would like, so this is a way of helping others: caring about others, and opening new "channels" with something you can physically hold on to -- a clothespin.
why clothespins? because clothespins can be clipped to anyone, to anything, anywhere. my idea actually stems from a theatre director i grew up with. before each performance, he would give each cast and crew member a clothespin. each one signified his love for us (it all sounds a little confusing to newcomers, i guess.... the clothespins were from a movie some of the cast members had made with him when they were much younger). it didn't matter if the clothespin broke, or if our dogs chewed them up -- it was just a reminder of how much he cared for us.
i guess i'm just taking it to a new level.
clothespins with certain words will be left in random places like artroverts; however, each clothepin is directed towards a certain kind of person, depending on each person's mood. the links to each word basically explain it all. check it out -- click on the word links above.
as time goes on, i will add new words. hopefully i can get a tally going on each words' site for how many people have received a clothespin and have contacted me about it.
