| Elizabeth Wakefield Well that was that, Todd is still my friend. Unless he covered his feelings, which he doesn't usually do. He is usually so honest and sincere. I am at home now, or what will be home for the next two weeks. My house is nearly finished. Now I just have to find a way to break the news to Connor. We always knew it was going to happen eventually, but not this soon. It will be hard, but at least my new house is not far from his best friend, Andy Marsden's house. My room is huge, has a big, cozy bay window. And an adjoining bathroom, to share with Jessica. But I will miss this house. Why? Well, my boyfriend for one. And Megan for the other. She has become my very special friend to me. Connor walked in to see Elizabeth sitting at the kitchen table, with a dictionary and her folder strewn over it. It sent a warm glow through Connor's body. "Hey beautiful" Connor whispered in her ear, brushing a light kiss on her cheek. "Hi" Elizabeth murmured softly. She touched his arm, tenderly. Connor smiled gently and went over to the fridge to grab a soda. "Want one?" Connor offered. In answer, Elizabeth gestured to the can she already had on the table, slowly shaking her head. Megan walked in just then. "Liz, I got it" Megan exclaimed, sweeping in and placing her paper on the table in front of Elizabeth. Connor made his prescence known by opening the can with a loud 'snap'. Megan looked up to see her brother there, watching them with great interest. "Sandy, Liz is trying to study" Connor reminded her. "Mac, she's working on the paper" Megan argued. "Actually, I could go for a study break" Elizabeth interruped, glancing apologetic at Megan "I promise I'll get onto this later". Megan nodded. Connor ran up to Elizabeth and took her in his arms, kissing her hungrily. They were in the midst of each other when Tia walked in. "Hey guys, what's up?" Tia exclaimed, excitedly. Connor quickly released Elizabeth at the sound of her words. "Nothing" Connor answered, quickly. "I was just taking a short study break" Elizabeth told her, sipping her soda. Tia nodded,winking at Elizabeth. Connor sighed, defeated, somehow when they're alone, someone always interrupted them. Connor McDermott Just when you think that everything dies down, you get interrupted. Does anyone realise just how hard it is to get out of a kiss that deep whilst looking cool at the same time? Your hair gets rumpled, the puffy lips. For some reason, Elizabeth is so perfect that she never gets puffy lips and neither do I, when I kiss her. I can't believe I'm even writing this but I wonder if it ever happened to her with Wilkins?. Yuck! The thought of him kissing her makes me want to wretch! I know, I sound like a jealous boyfriend, even when Liz reassured me that there was nothing between her and Todd and that she was over him, that she had been over him since the start of the year. This makes me worry. Not about Liz, but about Wilkins, who still carries the torch for her. Note to self: Never let Liz out of my sight at the dance !!!! |
