| Elizabeth Wakefield As I get ready for the dance, I am becoming very nervous by the second. Both Megan and I are getting ready in her room since I am going to the dance with Connor. Megan felt that it wasn't fair on me if Connor actually saw me getting ready for a date with him. I had to agree, where would the surprise be if he saw every stage?. In ten minutes, I will be walking down the stairs, greeting my handsome boyfriend and going off to the dance with him. How very romantic!. But I don't want to sound too weak, I know how much he dislikes that. Elizabeth walked slowly down the stairs in her royal blue dress. Connor stood there, staring at her, and for the first time...speechless!. He finally found the words. "Liz, you look stunning" Connor whispered, when she neared him. He gently kissed her cheek. "Thank you, so do you" Elizabeth answered, delicately. She took in Connor's suit with a royal blue tie and crisp white shirt. His hair was neatly combed back, Elizabeth had never seen her boyfriend look so handsome in all the time she'd known him. "Shall we go?" Connor asked, formally, offering his arm. Elizabeth took his arm, murmuring a yes. Connor shouted a goodbye to his sister and led Elizabeth out to the car. He held the door open for her like a perfect gentlemen. Connor then got in the drivers side and took off for Sweet Valley High. Connor swayed gently with Elizabeth in his arms, dancing slowly to "Feels like Home" by Chantel Kreviazuk.
