    Hook Shot Workout and Drills
    The Hook Shot is the base for which every post player must fashion his or her game to be effective in the paint. Coach Odhiambo has studied the hook shot extensively, and he will give you the techniques, and drills to develop the most common shot - Jump Hook Shot and the less known Conventional Jump Hook Shot. The most common name for the Conventional Hook if you did not know is the "Sky Hook" made famous by Kareem Abdul Jabbar.
