A Little Something About The Ladies: A Drunken Response To The Article Written By Bob Vielma About Japanese Girls Or A Really Long Personal Ad
Ok, so it is no secret that Astro Train writer Bob Vielma has a fixation on all things Japanese. Included in this fixation is a love for Japanese girls. Now don't get me wrong, there are some pretty Asian girls out there. Some, outright gorgeous. And of all the Asian cultures, I must agree with Bob that the Japanese are the most attractive. However, I must weigh in on the issue by stating that my personal preference of girls are the white ones.
First off, let me mention that I am of a minority background, and don't feel at all that this is an issue of racism. There are beautiful girl of all cultures. It just happens to be that white girls are the ones that usually capture my heart, my attention, and my paycheck.
I noticed that i tend to gravitate toward girls of Western European descent. My ideal girl would be one with fair skin, light eyes (lighter shades of blue, green, or even hazel), and I prefer dark (almost black) hair, but I don't dislike brown or blond either.
Bob (Vielma) writes in his article that he finds the Asian eyes to be mysterious. I however, fail to see it. When I see any Asian person, I don't give a second thought to their eyes other than they have them to see. I would prefer to start into wide, light colored eyes. I feel those eyes are more interesting and beautiful.
Another point he brings up is that he prefers the ladies to be a but more slight of build. I conversely feel that it is necessary for girls to have curves. This is no doubt all based on primitive instinct. It tells me that this girl is suitable for mating. I don't say it to be perverse, I say it because that s what triggers the instant physical attraction of a male to a female. I like to see hips and breasts that are proportioned to a girls' frame (that's right boys, bigger isn't always better). I find it hard to be attracted to a girl that is shaped like my twelve year old, male cousin.
A final point to refute, is Vielma's claim that Asian accents speaking the English language are cute. Again, I don't see it. In my opinion Asian accents are probably the worst ones. I often find them annoying and hard to understand. Now, there are plenty of European accents that aren't too pleasant either, but I will go around on record as saying that overall, Europeans have better accents. Just as an example, I will use the British. Now if you know anything about England, you might know that there are different accents according to region and social class (not just the generic accent everyone uses when impersonating British people). However, I feel that these accents are far more elegant than those of any other nation; ourselves included.
In conclusion, I feel that the white woman is the choice of this drunken journalist. The sentiment does not change when I am sober. I have spent a lot of time thinking about girls in my lifetime and I always come to the same realization.
