front window gives a hint of the rather cosmopolitan inside
- and there is the most antiquated wooden balcony above
it. The living room is modern and light with its polished
oak floor and log fire; beyond is the towering heart of
the house. Here, you find a super great mural of an American
bar scene on one wall and black and white photographs
of flamenco singers in the dining area.
Pepa is a wonderful chef, dinner is beautifully presented
and there is a good chance your hosts will sit and join
you for a glass of wine.
A central stairwell leads to the guest rooms which
are light, airy and modern: no rustic furniture here
but some interesting ornaments on shelves set into the
walls. It is relaxed, friendly and the view from the
back garden really carries the day.
