We hope you enjoy our web site and after viewing it you have a greater understanding of our 4H Club in general. We are located in Porter Texas in East Montgomery County. 

The Porter 4H clubs provide leadership for kids in East Montgomery County. The club has leaders for many projects to help kids showing in Montgomery and East Montgomery County Fairs and also major shows like The Houston and San Antonio Livestock shows.
We are a large club, with a current membership of 65 to 70 members. 

Porter 4-H encourages youth groups to develop their skills and talents to their fullest potential by teaching kid's that work and dedication pay's off  and in the future they can apply the same principles to become better and more productive citizens in our community. The club has a parents/leaders meeting on the first Monday of each month and a 4H membership meeting on the second Monday of each month. The meetings start at 7:30 pm at Bull Sallas Park in New Caney. 

Volunteering as a leader provides an opportunity to share your knowledge. With young people as partners, we benefit from their talents, knowledge, and energies. The highest reward for a person’s toil is not what they get for it, but what they become by it. Volunteer and help our youth.
