This lovely 3 bedroom villa is situated on a quiet residential street in Port Charlotte, and is just a short drive from many shops and restaurants.  There are numerous golf courses within 15 - 20 minute drive.  Port Charlotte Beach Complex which has a pretty beach with a beautiful view of Charlotte Harbour, tennis courts and a swimming pool is just over 5 minutes drive. Gulf beaches are within 25 minutes.

The Villa is air conditioned and heated for those rare days in the winter when it gets a bit cool. It has two full bathrooms, one in the Master bedroom and the other is located between the second and third bedrooms.   The Master bedroom has a King size bed and a television. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds.  The Living room is beautifully furnished with leather couches and a lazy boy. The 52" Plasma TV comes with cable television, DVD/CD and VCR. There is an open concept kitchen with a large fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave, and the dining room has a walk out to the pool and large patio area.
 

The cloud-shaped swimming pool is heated by electricity and there is a screened lanai.  A propane BBQ and patio furniture is located beside the pool.

The villa is fully equipped with all bedding, towels and dishes.  There is laundry facilities located in the two car garage.
