*Autumn 2007*
Taking advantage of this beautiful fall weather, we have been able to continue doing quite a bit outside with the animals.
Lacey has proven to be a star in harness, always calm and enjoying her work. Thanksgiving weekend we had a wonderful trail ride with the girls from Ben-Adhem. Lacey did triple duty, going beautifully undersaddle ( & jumping!), driving, AND an exciting trail ride. Dixie made out very well on a jaunt through the woods, leading more than 3/4s of the way!
I must mention the very sad loss of our two beautiful house cats in October, Camryn & Todd. They held a special place in my heart and it is just not the same without their unique and playful presences. I know that my beautiful Bree has welcomed them home and they are playing together again. |
