Get fit and have fun using free weights to build strength and
tone your whole body. Don't worry if you have never used free weights, Nancy will show
you what you need to know.
Yoga Classes
Build your core strength and stability in this Yoga class featuring different
variations of yoga and a progression of poses to accommodate participants of all levels. Nancy
will challenge your strength, balance, and flexibility while you build your mind/body connection.

This is a FREE event sponsored by the Port Aransas
Parks and Recreation Department.
The class meets at the Horace Caldwell Pier located at the end of Beach Street.
