The Prime Minister has done it again. Unwilling to just stand by and
watch as another nation might get the remaining 2 round-robin games, plus
the playoffs, he fought for and won the right for PopularFreedom to host
the remaining games of the Rugby World Cup.
This 4th version of the Rugby World Cup has been tied up in controversy since the beginning. Originally hosted by the nation of Aust, the venue quickly changed to Starblaydia after numerous administrative nightmares put the remainder of the games in question In Starblaydia meanwhile the games continued until more tragedy befell the competition when event organizers were unwilling to continue with the tournament after the third round of games, understandably due to a personal tragedy that befell the leader of the nation himself. The Locke Harbour Blues, still in the nation of Starblaydia became anxious as their window for participating in tournaments was quickly reaching a close in light of the upcoming PopularFreedom Rugby League season. Therefore in order to prevent the loss of the competition, the nations of Starblaydia along with Aust both agreed to allow the city of Locke Harbour, PopularFreedom to host the remainder of the games. This should definitely help the fortunes of the Locke Harbour Blues who have played miserably in their first three games thus far in the tournament however most feel it is too late for this team to recover from the current situation they are in. That said however it should be a great event to see international rugby live in the nation so no doubt the stadiums in Locke Harbour will be packed to the rafters for all the remaining games. |
The Locke Harbour Blues finally received some news to dance about after their dismal showing in the first three games of the Rugby World Cup. |
