PFT News, Camelot

Following an ultimatum on Tuesday, the forces of captured rebel leader Drake Peters slowly surrendered at different stages throughout Tuesday and Wednesday of this week.  On Thursday thousands of PopularFreedom troops poured into the town and by the end of the day had fully secured the town without a shot being fired.

'This is a victory for all peace loving people in the nation and the region and we are parading today to show the people of Camelot that we are here to support them', noted General Dralutski in regards to questions about why the march through the streets of Camelot by PopularFreedom troops.

'It is important to show all members of the Camelot community that we are here for them and that we are in control, full control', continued the General in an hour long news conference happening at the same time as the marches through the streets of the town of Camelot.

Citizens came out in the tens of thousands to celebrate the troops as they marched down the streets of the town.  'We are overjoyed that Prime Minister Bayda took this approach to handle this situation without bloodshed, this preserves our community the way it was before Drake Peters came to power', noted one happy resident.  Other residents likewise noted their approval for the Prime Minister whose popularity across the country has soared to an all time high in the polls.  One reporter even quipped that, 'if the Prime Minister does not do anything for the next 4 and a half years this should carry him to an easy reelection win in 2010'.
