They grab their blanket and head out the sliding glass door that leads to the beach. Arm in arm, they walk for only a short distance. Over in the area is a small beach hut that they decide to go into. They decide to go and lay their blanket under it. Still being able to see the stars in the moonlight, Tina sits down first, with Nick following.
They begin kissing, and their hands grabbing at each other�s shirts. They slip from under their shirts without missing a single beat. Pushing Nick down, Tina begins to kiss his neck and every inch of him straight down to his tummy. What a beautiful tummy that is. She doesn�t understand why he hides it. Its perfect. Looking at him playfully, she licks at his belly button. He squirms because it tickles. She tries to hold him down, and as she does that, Nick runs his fingers thru her hair. Nibbling on his tummy for a few seconds, she sees the gift that she has given him. A hickey, but not a huge, nasty one. One that was given in complete love as to say this person is mine.
Thinking to himself, "Wow. She just branded me." He laughs as she looks up at him with her big brown eyes. He giggles.
"Hmmm." Tina thinks to herself, "I�ve got him. He�s hooked."
Just as she is about to nibble again, Nick grabs her chin in his hands and pulls her closer to him. He looks into her eyes, while he traces her lips with his fingers. Moving in closer, he kisses her. But this time the kiss means more. He puts all of his love into this one kiss. Not expecting this, Tina just sits back and moans slightly.
"Nick..."
He pushed her gently back onto the fluffy blanket and lays on her. In a moment of pure passion, he wiggles her out of her pants and unhooks her lilac lace bra. As he begins to unhook it, she tries to unbutton his pants. Feeling clumsy, she has a hard time with those skater pants. Noticing the problem, Nick lends her a hand. When she gets them down to his ankles, Nick kicks them off.
"Now," He says to himself, "comes those panties." He has noticed these aren�t like the pair she wore last night. These were naughty, silky, lacey thongs. Nick always said that thongs are sexy. "She does know a lot about me." He says to himself.
With that he pauses for a second to glance over at Tina. Tina has her eyes closed. He knows she is thinking about him. He does the same thing. He kisses her softly and begins to get on top of her. She kisses from her neck down to her belly button. He nibbles just like she did and left a hickey too. He licks around her belly button and takes his hand and places it between her legs. He caresses her so softly and beginning to enter her with his finger in and out to tease her. He looks up at her as if to ask if he could. He knows he can, she relaxes her legs and they fall apart.
He lifts himself over her to get some leverage. He places himself at her opening and he gently goes in. Just as he goes in, he comes right back out. He's teasing her because he wants to her moan his name.
"Nick..baby...Please don't! Don't tease me."
He givers her the Carter smirk and does it again. With that she smacks him.
"Talk about ruining a moment."
"Well if it's ruined then," She attempts to push him off her.
He places his hands on hers and kisses her deeply. He enters her and when he does, there is this feeling that he can't explain. It's never happened before. With each moment and motion they are falling deeper in love.
He knows he said it before, "This is how it should be. Not what I was having before. We are in love. And I don't feel so empty as I have been with those other girls. Howie was right. He said I would know when I found it. And I most certainly found it."
They can feel the tension rise with each movement and when they are at the peak, they reach it together to a collect "Yessss" Nick collapses onto her. All they could hear were their beating hearts, moans and sighs.
"IS that your heart beating so fast babe?"
"Well of course it is. This is what you do to me. I was so right when I said you were like this. You have made my life complete. I don't know what I am going to do tomorrow when you leave."
"Shh don't talk about it. Let's just concentrate on us." He kisses her head and heads for the bathroom.
She gets off the blanket and wraps herself with the blanket and walks towards their room. Nick has just went into the bathroom. She takes the blanket off and wraps herself with the silky white sheet. She walks over to the picture of him and her that is framed on the dresser. As she stared, she was beginning to remember what a beautiful night that was. Tears start streaming down her cheeks, just as Nick walks over to her. He wipes away her tears and goes to his backpack and pulls out a pretty little purple gift bag. She opens the bag and inside, is the new camera phone that she had told Pam she wanted.
"Check the voice mail babe."
Tina gets in to the voice mail and listens to the message that goes like this:
"Hi. You've reached Tina's voice mail. This is Nick and I want all of you to know that I love Tina more than life itself. So please leave her a message."
"Nick, that's beautiful. Thank you so much!"
"You can call my cell no matter what time it is. I will answer."
"Thanks babe! But the problem is what am I going to do when you leave tomorrow." Tina pouts.
"Tina I am leaving at 3. We have to 2:30. I am going to come back and get you in 3 weeks. We will talk all the time. I promise. I also have something I want you to remember me by."
He hands her his platinum BSB in diamonds chain and his platinum bracelet. He also hands her an old worn shirt of his.
"Why the shirt babe?"
"So you can sleep with it every night and know that I am right there with you."
"Aww babe! That's cute!"
"Well gee look at the clock its 3 am. I think we should hit the hay."
Tina follows him into the bed and they get covered and she lies on his chest as they both fall asleep.
Chapter 8
Tina awakes to the alarm at 9 am. She feels for Nick and he isn�t there.
"He must be in the shower." She thinks to herself.
She gets up and grabs Nicks button down shirt and rolls up the sleeves. She sneaks into the bathroom where he left the door open. She giggles to himself as he TRIES to sing "Get Low" in the shower. She walks over to the sink and gradually turns on the hot water.
"HEY!" He screams.
Just then, Tina bursts out laughing.
"Haha, I got you!"
Nick says, "Oh you did huh?" Nick opens the shower curtain and drags her into the shower, shirt and all.
"AHH! What are you doing?"
"Nothing babe" He unbuttons his shirt that she has on.
They take a quick shower and get dried off. As they get dresses, Nick goes into his backpack and grabs his platinum ring that he wears occasionally. He walks up to Tina and places it on her finger.
"This is a sign of my love to you. I will be back for you. After all you are going to be my assistant right?!"
"Your damn straight!"
They begin to kiss again, something that they can�t get enough off. Just as it gets heavy, Nicks cell rings.
"Babe... I gotta get it. It is probably Ron to check in on me."
"Well if you must." She says sarcastically. With an evil smile upon her face.
"Yeah. Sure. What time? Ok Ron. We will be down in a half hour."
He shuts his phone off. He turns to Tina, and kisses her yet again.
"Mmm. Tina..." He says while kissing her.
"Um yeah babe." She pulls away.
"Ron wants us to go down to the restaurant and eat. OK?"
"Sure babe. Just let me throw my hair up and put on some makeup."
Tina gets ready, and Nick gets dressed. Tina is wearing her jeans and peasant top with her pink sneakers. Nick puts on his cammo short, and a shirt. Tina makes sure if he is going to wear socks, that they are down to his ankles.
Nick grabs the room card key and opens the door for Tina. They get into the elevator and press the 1st floor.
They walk out of the elevator to see a little girl standing there waiting for Nick. He stops, signs an autograph and has his picture taken with her. Tina stands by and watches. Nick has such love for his fans. That just makes her love him more.
They arrive at the restaurant and find Ron sitting by himself. They approach the table and Ron stands as Tina sits down.
"Good Morning Tina, Nick."
"Hey Ron." Tina says as she sits next to Ron.
"What�s up Nick?"
"Nothing much man. Nothing much."
"Listen Nick we have to leave here at 12. We need to be at the airport at 1. Is Tina coming with us to the airport?"
"I don�t know. Tina are you?"
"You bet I am." She smiles lovingly at him.
"I will call Pam and Kristie and have them meet me at the airport."
"Sounds like a plan."
They all order the buffet and help themselves. Nick is especially hungry today. Must have been from the busy few days.
She sits there and watches him eat as he looks up and says "What?!?!"
She just laughs. "I like watching you."
Ron rolls his eyes. "You guys are crazy. I am going to ruin up and get your luggage. Nick is everything packed?"
"Um yeah man. Wait." He feels his ears. "I forgot my earrings. So I gotta go up there anyways.
Nick stands up, and helps Tina by pulling her chair out. They head upstairs. Nick opens the door and they both walk in.
Nick grabs his earrings and asks Tina, "Can you put these in for me?"
"Sure babe." She takes the 1-carat studs and is amazed with the clarity. She puts one in his right ear and he jumps.
"Ouch! What the heck did you do?"
"Nothing babe. I just put it in."
She puts the other one in which goes in smoother. He grabs their luggage and puts it by the door. He notices Tina looking out the window and crying.
"Oh babe. What�s the matter?"
"Nothing. Its nothing." She sniffles.
"Yes it is something. I don�t like to see those big brown eyes sad."
"Its just�you�ll laugh at me."
"No I won�t. Try me."
"Its just I am going to miss you like crazy. I mean I have had the best few days of my life. I just don�t want to see you go is all."
He walks up to her and grabs her from behind. As they embrace, he kisses her head.
"I told you. I will call you 3 times a day. You can call me whenever. I will be back to get you in 3 weeks. And you have all my jewelry. I love you."
They hear a knock at the door. It�s Ron and a bellboy.
"Are you guys ready?"
"Yes I am. Well as ready as I possibly can be." She wipes the tears from her eyes.
The bellboy grabs all the luggage and puts it on the cart. Nick double-checks everything especially the stereo. He is known for leaving CDs behind.
Nick grabs the door handle as Tina walks out after Ron. He stands there for a moment as he remembers what has happened in that room that has changed his life forever. Nick shuts the door.
They all leave the hotel and get into the Escalade while the bellboy and Ron put their belongings in the truck.
Nick turns on the radio and guess what is playing? I Got You. Perfect timing.
Tina grabs nicks hands and holds it tight. Ron hops into the car and says, "Wow Nick. You made the radio here in Orlando." He laughs hysterically.
"Hahaha. Very funny! I bet its Tina that did all the calling in requests!" He nods his head.
Arriving at the Orlando International Airport, Tina takes Nicks hand and squeezes it harder. They wait for the doors to be opened and they get out. Tina takes her overnight bag and puts it on her shoulder. Nick grabs his backpack and his cd player. Ron takes care of the rest of the bags. They walk over to gate 20. Ron checks them in and they sit down.
"Don�t be sad. Think of this as see you later, not goodbye. Babe I will come back and get you."
"I know Nick. But I am sad. All those girls are going to be all over you. Will you do me a favor?"
"Yes babe. Anything."
Tina takes of her name ring and hands it to him.
"Will you put it on that rope chain of yours? And NEVER take it off?"
"Yes of course." He then takes off his chain, and puts the ring on it. He has her hook the chain back on him. And he doesn�t hide it, like the other guys, he pulls it out of his shirt so everyone can see it.
What seems like a very short time was just an hour. As they embrace they hear "Flight 209 to LA now boarding at Gate 20."
"That�s us Nick."
"I know. Give me a minute ok?"
"Sure."
Nick takes her into his arms and gives her the biggest hug and kiss.
"I gotta go. I will call you from the plane. Make sure the phone is on. And look in your bag after the plane takes off, I got you a surprise. "He kisses her goodbye. He doesn�t want to let go, and waits till the flight attendant tells him it�s the last boarding call.
"Nickolas Carter, I love you!" She cries.
"Tinamarie Mizzero, I love you!" With that he disappears onto the plane.
She goes over to the window and watches as the plane tours around. She gets to see the faint wave coming from the first set of windows. Could that be Nick? Well yes it is! He is waving at her. She puts her hand up to the window and leaves it there. Nick does the same.
Just as the plane takes off, Kristie and Pam show up. Tina turns around and runs up to them.
"Guys this is so hard."
"I know Tina." Kristie says. "But he will be back. Right?"
"Yes he will. Guys he asked me to be his assistant and I said yes. He is coming for me in 3 weeks."
"Well Tina." Pam says, "I am happy for you. You have loved him forever. This makes me believe that dreams come true."
With that, the 3 friends walk out of the airport and back to their normal lives.
