| Here is where you will find out how much you will improve for how long you train, whatever kind it may be. E-mail your training times here. Self-Training: This is where you do simple exercises such as sit-ups, push-ups, ect. You will gain 3,000 for every 25 minutes, or 120 for every minute you train by yourself. Sparring: This is when you fight with someone else, but don't really intend to injure your opponent. You cannot be injured or killed while sparring. You will gain 6,500 for every 25 minutes, or 260 for every minute. Special Training: Amount improved by will vary, see 'Special Training'. Gravity Training: This is where you have some sort of gravity machine, training in it will boost your power level greatly. Although, there is a limit of 2 hours a week in it. |
