| Greetings! Hope this finds you well and staying cool. I've said it before and I'll keep saying it: we could not do what we do without the hours all of you volunteer to help someone(s) learn to read. We are getting more requests for help and will again offer a tutor training class in September. Also, I'd like to have a tutor appreciation dinner sometime in September or October, so keep that in the back of your mind. I like getting all of you together at one time. |
| I encourage you to come by the library and look at all our new books. I think our students and definitely you tutors get tired of Laubach and Challenger and there are other resources that offer close to the same materials as Laubach but use a different approach.
