Yeah, that's right, I finally got that friggin' White Stripes "Get Behind Me, Satan" in the mail. This is after I went ahead and bought it and then gave it to Erin. So to the White STripes: Thanks for taking my money...as long as Meg is happy :-) Well anyway, of those CDs I mentioned earlier, I got the White Stripes, the Black Eyed Peas, Avenged Sevenfold, Dave Matthews Band, Erin got the Coldplay and Foo Fighter's CDs, and I picked up the latest from the Transplants. All are very VERY awesome. There aren't that many more bands who can have "new releases" after this month, I swear. We got our tickets to the Warped Tour in August so we can see Avenged Sevenfold, the Transplants, MXPX, Relient K, The Starting Line, the Dropkick Murphys and the Offspring (just to name a few). We'll be recovering before that because we will have shortly gotten back from our vacation to Richmond, VA. I think we're going to get a digital video camera to take with us so we can capture the experience in a little better quality. I'm currently in my "Spreadsheets" class...more like "spreadshits". I'm bored to death. I finished part A of our first test in 10 minutes...and part B in 15. Easy 100's on both, it's just funny to walk back to my seat and see the 35 year old women staring at their screen with their mouths open...They look like they just recieved free water at Chic-Fil-A :-) Long story....anyway, I'm gonna go bye bye...somebody comment in my xanga or send something here. Yeah, those with *'s beside them came out...TODAY. As of 3:00 p.m. I have the Avenged Sevenfold, Black Eyed Peas and Punk Goes 80's...all are great...I should be getting the White Stripes Via UPS today and I already got Erin the Dave Matthews CD. Good thing I'm working more now, I won't be able to breathe after I buy all these...
Last night was our graduation froms Northeast State...we be gettin' our associate's degrees this summer! Yeah, big deal...i feel the same way...This just means we have to go to an even bigger campus with even more people and even fewer parking places. But that's how it goes. Woody gave me my laptop back last night after the ceremony...I brought it home and just by turning it on...i had the choice of 3 available wireless connections in my area...damn, that was easy. So now I'm back on MY computer and online at long last. Now i can really get some work done on this thing. Got that summer class paid for...now i have to save to pay for car insurance...then a show :-) Gotta worky worky tonight...E's goin out with her other boyfriend tonight while I maka tha money. She said they'd come by tonight...okay, my mom is snoring...gonna go poop now...life goes on
Well, once again, it's past my bedtime and I can't sleep. I'm thinking about making an after-midnight run to Wal*mart for what reason? I don't know! I'll probably buy another CD, which god knows I need another one. Evil let me borrow Mitch Hedburg's first CD today and I also picked up the Killers "Hot Fuss" at a gas station of all places...the same gas station that got robbed last night...go figure...and as MOnday begins, I'm yet again reminded that it's finals week and I'm everything but ready for them. Oh well...2 more years, man, 2 more years...okay i'm gonna try to do this sleep thing...gotta go see the old volks manana. I'll see you next time...until then, party on wayne, party on garth...
It's been a week...and nobody ever reads this...somebody next door keeps weedeating. I've got a lot done on here today...It's coming right along...This coming week is finals...Monday night...Wednesday morning...Thursday morning...Friday night...Then it will be over...again, just so it can start back up...again. Gotta go to work tonight and make some money for mother's day...I don't even know what day that is! Anyway, come one, come all to O'Charley's in Kingsport, daddy needs the money :-) people are strange when you're a stranger...just thought I'd say that. The doors are great...Oh yeah, and so the nation-wide search for the bride to be ends today with the news that she got cold feet and went to Mexico...don't have to worry about my babe doing that...Let's start over, let's start over...
Oh, my God, so like, we are totally going to the prom! I hate the prom. I hated my junior year's date...and my senior year's date was a frosh and had to be home early. I guess that it's my fault for going anyway, but I really hated my proms. I hate people who go to the proms...except tonight...i REALLY hate those people. We didn't have any business tonight...I wanted lots of prom people to come in so their $2.00 tips would add up...guess that's too much to ask for...so anyway...I'll leave you with this thought "well ladies and gentlemen, as i look at my setlist..we're about halfway done with the first hour of the show...which means...we're about halfway done with the first hour of the show...it's amazing how one thing can mean another..." okay i'll shut up...go buy a Reel Big Fish record...all the other bands are just shit
Blue Ridge Conference today...sucked...king college has a lot of hills...This friggin' website is giving me crap...the pictures are not wanting to load up...but it's kool, yo. I'm really coming along on this...I'm gonna eat Pizza for breakfast...or maybe just on the way home...as soon as this family guy goes off, i'm heading home...baby's asleep already...it took me forever to get those stupid pictures in the right places...but hey, it's cool...i'll figure it out...:-)
Okay, gonna start linking to my website from my xanga...starting here. My new online journal...by doing this I can keep my website updated and add whatever I want to wherever I want to. Sounds good to me. These will also be kinda short...if I have something long, I'll put it in my xanga. I'll keep a thought...or a lyric...or a phrase...or something along those lines for every update. Sitting in the library...Erin is practicing for the Blue Ridge thing tomorrow. She has that interview today for outstanding student. She totally deserves it. Not that the others don't, and of course, I'm a little biased towards her, but come on, she's beautiful, intelligent, and my baby! Tell me, can it get any better? (the part about being mine is a toss up, your opinion doesn't really matter tho) Okay, so we're gonna go to bristol today...gonna pick up that John Lennon sticker I want for my car, hopefully. Finally, people with no patience can go to hell. They caused me to make very very little money at work last night and they almost caused a wreck this morning. OKay, I'm done...
