This is a guarantee for the puppies life & health for any life threatening, hereditary or genetic defects. Every reasonable care has been taken by the seller to insure that this puppy is in good health. Puppies are like children; stress during moves to new homes, change of diet & over handling can bring on things that are dormant such as but not limited to Worms and/or Coccidiosis, which are treatable & not reasons for return. They are susceptible to pneumonia, colds & other infections due to drafts, cold temperatures, etc. Hypoglycemia brought on by a number of reasons; playing too much, improper diet, again the stress of being moved to a new home or just being handled too much. These conditions are ALL THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY. By filling out our application & an agreement upon taking the chosen puppy home for any amount of time this contract is valid. This contract is void in the event of an accidental injury to the said puppy.

If a replacement is deemed necessary due to a LIFE threatening illness or genetic defect within the first year of said puppies life. A puppy of the same value will replace said puppy at no cost. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS. The buyer must return the puppy at their expense to the seller. If the buyer feels there is a replacement needed then a letter from two licensed veterinarians is required with said puppies health problems stated in order for a replacement to be made to the buyer. Should a death occur due to unknown reasons during the first Year, an autopsy must be performed by a licensed veterinarian & a copy of this report forwarded to the seller before determining if a replacement will be made. However if the seller feels that it is not the same dog as originally sold to the buyer there will be no replacement made. All expenses are the buyer's responsibility.

If for ANY reason the buyer can no longer keep said puppy the buyer MUST notify the seller immediately & the puppy must be returned to the seller. By filling out PoodlesAlike application buyer is agreeing to this contract.

People often want to know the exact size, color or personality of a puppy before purchased. Although in most cases the seller will be correct from past experiences but the seller can only estimate by previous litters & parent's characteristics. For this reason the seller will make no claims as to the mature size, color or disposition of a puppy.

Showing & Breeding your puppy; If you choose to breed or show your puppy, That's fine, it is your choice. However the seller will not be deemed liable if said puppy is infertile or unfinishable for any reason including only having one testicle. We represent our puppies as beautiful loving pets only. Fertility & show of said puppy male or female is not guaranteed as these puppies are sold as quality pets & not for show, breeding, etc.

DewClaws & Tail Docking; If the buyer is requesting that the tail and or dew claws are not to be removed the buyer must send a non-refundable $300.00 deposit at the birth of said puppy or no longer then three days later. If something were to happen to the said puppy then a refund will be made or the buyer may have the choice of another puppy. If a new puppy is chosen the said puppy must be of equal value. Tails must be docked shortly after birth & no later.
