A Bit of a Mystery.
In Liverpool in England we have Edgar Pomeroy born 1867 and his brother Campbell born 1871. They went we know to USA.
We also have a photograph held by Pat of a young man aged about 30 taken in 1930 with the name Edgar Pomeroy written on the back.

It took a while to realise that Elsie was in fact Mary Elsie Irvine Pom daughter of Harrison Albert and Mary Irvine; grandaughter of ASJP . The Edgar at Elsies funerals was an American of late middle age. He could not be Edgar 1 born 1867
so who on earth was he?
The mystery man must have been the grandson of Campbell Pomeroy who imigrated with his brother Edgar to California in 1888 ish? Edgar Gorden Pomeroy was born 1905 so he would have been 62 in 1967.
