Govt. Polytechnic
College, Cherthala is a technical

3-year diploma courses of a

Hardware Maintenances, Electronics
Production Technology and Electronics&
Instrumentation. With a view

college is located in an area
of 1 acres, about 2 kms from
Cherthala town on the Cherthala
ALAPPUZHA road. The college
has proximity to a large number

from Cochin (nearly 40 kms away).
Community Polytechnic
Scheme.
With the purpose of developing
a regular interaction between
the community and the technicians
of the polytechnic community
polytechnic is also working
here. As part of this program,
the facilities and manpower
provide construction assistance
to fulfill the needs of the
community.
Yeoman service is provided through
5 extensive centers of the community
polytechnic scheme. The activities
include developing manpower
and imparting technical knowledge
and know-how in the fields of
tailoring, food processing,
and beauty care auto electrical
works, cane cultivation in crafts
