Awards
Most Valuable Player - Winner - Patrick; Runners up - Tommy, Robbie

Say what you will about his awkward playing style, Patrick was not only a constant pain in the ass in the FHL all season long, but he also improved as the season went along.  Never took a shift off, nevermind an entire game.
Best Defender - Winner - Neil ; Runners up - Peter, Patrick

Neil, although playing fewer games than most of the regulars, proved to be the best of the best in his own zone.  Just getting the ball past him is hard enough.  He also has the uncanny ability to position himself to obstruct (legally) the offensive players coming into his zone.
Most Goals - Winner - Tommy; Runners up - Robbie, James.

People continued to underestimate Tommy in the 05-06 FHL season.  Despite not having the most skilled shot, nor the hardest, Tommy was always in the right place at the right time.  Improved his pokechecking ability as well, getting a lot of garbage goals in the process.
Best Goaltender - Winner - Alex D.; Runners up - Maciej, Matthew Couto.

Crystalgrowth can never be labeled as being afraid of the ball.  Even without pads, has the ability to stop a quick snapshot or well placed wrister.  Has great positioning, with the penchant for the spectacular save.
Most Points - Winner - Maciej; Runners up - Patrick, James

Maciej, unselfish as ever, always looked for the pass first and for that combined his incredible goal tally with that of a lot of assists.  So, goals+assists=mucho points.  Dot com.
Best Passer Award - Winner - Maciej; Runners up - Matthew Couto, Josh.

Has the rare ability to not only see a play before it happens, but also has the skill to split the defence with a cross crease pass to an awaiting sniper.  Lowered the number of interceptions he had as well.
The Wolverine Award - Winner - Robbie; Runners up - Patrick, Alex D.

The Wolverine Award, awarded to the player(s) who best exemplify (ies) taking a beating and walking it off, is a clearcut win for...Robbie.  Before you scoff, and you have a right to, think about how often the guy was hacked, be it intentionally or unintentionally.  And unlike seasons prior to this one, Robbie did not dive like an Argentinian.  Rather, he shook it off and sought the goal that would put his team ahead.
The "Jega" Award - Winner - Jacob; Runners up - David, Neil.

The "Jega" Award is awarded to the player who best exemplifies the hacking principles that are so crucial to the FHL.  Can there be any doubt?  He caused not only the most injury to even the biggest player, but also broke numerous sticks with his wild stick swinging antics.
The Schoolies Award - Winner - Josh; Runners Up - Maciej, Matthew Couto

The Schoolies Award is awarded to the best stickhandler in the FHL.  Josh proved to be heads above the rest of the competition.  His ability to combine incredible speed with the ability to cut in or go wide was not only sickening but also quite scary.
