UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE DEDUCTED FROM OMERS TYPE 3 SURPLUS

Omers surplus rebate.

Regarding the T4 You have received from Ecklers.

Enter the employment income in box 14 on line 101 of your tax form.

Enter the tax deducted in box 22 on line 437 of your tax return.

Claim the Unemployment insurance premium in box 18 by entering it on line 450 of your tax return.

Enter the $1,000 employment tax credit on line 363 of schedule one.

Go to the Ontario Tax form (pink) and on line 5832 enter the amount of the unemployment tax premium in box 18 again.

This should give you the $1,000 tax credit and your UI premium back

41 DIVISION REUNION

    Hello 4 District Alumni! 

   2008 will be another year for a 41 Division reunion.

   The date is set so mark your calendars.

   It will be Thursday June 12th, 2008 at the Q-ssis restaurant at 
   Kingston Road  and Markham Road in Scarborough.   (the same
   place as last time)

   The cost will be $25 per person for a sit down Roast beef dinner.

   Cocktails will start at 4 PM and dinner will be served at 6:30 PM.

   There will be NO TICKET SALES AFTER Friday June 6th,   
    2008.  Only pre-paid tickets will be held at the door.
