Middle School Cross Country starts with "conditioning" in late June & July, practices in August, and meets in Aug., Sept, and Oct. Meets are on Tuesdays, with a few Sat. races as well. We are fortunate to have large teams, and thus a wide variety of ability. CC athletes can also do cheerleading, soccer, and band. CC does not work well with football or volleyball.

Congratulations to the High School Boys AND Girls teams! Each team was third in the Division 2 races. At Regionals, the boys will race next week at 11:50 AM and the girls race at 2:05 PM at Canton Glen Oak High School.
The AAC meet (league championship) was a sweep by Poland in the Red (biggest schools) Division! This was the FIRST EVER championship meet in the new league, and Poland's Middle School AND High School Boys AND Girls ALL won! Way to go!!!
2008 CC Results:
Some meets are better than others at tracking & posting results. Unfortunately, Salem & Ashtabula are not known for that strength. However, Columbiana painstakingly posts every race result on their website: www.columbiana.k12.oh.us/track/2008_CC_results_page.html
Because these are hand-typed after the race, please just appreciate the results & don't worry about spelling!!! You will need to click on the race you're looking for (we run their twice - Aug 26 & Sept 9). Boardman & East Palestine & Canfield are each posted on www.baumspage.com/cc
