| Jessie and James are two rather famous members of the evil Team
Rocket who have spent years trying to steal Ash
Ketchum's Pokémon. Even
though they come up with the craftiest plans and contraptions, they often don't succeed. They have failed so many times that
they've been kicked out of the Team Rocket organization repeatedly, but
always manage to get back in.
Their persistency to steal pokémon to appeal their boss, Giovani
is simply admirable, even though they rarely get it right.
