When you get to Mt. Pyre, go inside and climb it through the inside to the very top. Then fall back down through the holes to get some special items. Upon reaching the ground floor, go outside (western door) and climb the mountain through the outside. At the top you'll find some Team Aqua / Team Magma members who will steal an orb and then they will head to Slateport City.

After talking to the old man and the old woman, surf south and walk to Mauville City via Route 123 to battle the trainers there and to stop by at the Berry Master's house. Then, go to Slateport City to find out what trouble Team Aqua / Team Magma  is brewing there. After that, return to Route 122 and continue towards Lilycove City.
