Object Giveaway

People at Dewford are very generous. There's a fisherman who gave an Old Rod away to a passing-by trainer. Another person once gave away his Silk Scarf (which ups normal-type attacks) also to a trainer that was traveling through town.

There's also a helpful Hiker who gives the HM Flash to help light up the dark Granite Cave.

Dewford Hall

Dewford Hall information exchange is a small information center on this small island. Whenever a new trend of information is picked up, it spreads around the island like gossip!

The record center in the second floor of the pokémon centers permits trainers to spread their information as well, no matter where they are.

Pokémon Gym

Leader Brawly.

The gym leader here, Brawly, uses Fighting type pokémon. He trains in pitch-black darkness and his gym reflects that. It is very difficult to get around this small, narrow, dark, confusing maze. Luckily, challengers are able to see better when they beat one of the trainers.

Granite Cave

Granite Cave, west of Dewford Town, is filled with rare pokémon and stones. Unfortunately, the bottom of the cave is pitch-dark. Any trainer who wants to go in it, or through it, will need the HM Flash and the Knuckle Badge, obtained in Dewford’s Gym.

Steven Stone is attracted to this place for its second characteristics, the rare evolutionary stones. He can sometimes be found here looking for his stones. He was seen was in early 2003, when a trainer had to bring him a letter from Devon.
