Bob Cunningham is my name.
I live on a
farm at DARRADUP,
an aboriginal name meaning place of many parrots.

Situated 24 km southwest of NANNUP on the Brockman Highway is Poison Swamp Road, travel 1 km to the farm which is situated on the banks of the BLACKWOOD RIVER. I have lived here since 1976 years. In that time I have built a three level house, a studio to display my woodwork and self contained guest house. All from stone and native timbers collected from the surrounding forests.

At the same time I began collecting JARRAH BURLS from old logging coups within a two to three km radius of my property. All the works I now produce are from a nonrenewable resource, none of which have been collected from a living tree.

My works now reside in Eastern Australia, Japan, Scotland, England and California. My work can be seen at my farm or Boranup Galleries on Caves Road, Margaret River.
