| Attuning to Air As always, the best way to attune yourself with an element is interaction... * fly a kite * have fun with balloons * go outside during a storm * climb a hill and just stand or sit there * meditate with windchimes * collect feathers As you do these things can you feel the "winds of change?" Let your senses direct you, smell the different smells and feel the wind on your skin. |
