Wilting Life

Like a dying flower
My heart is wilting
What used to make me whole
Is now out of my grasp

As i lose the things i love
I lose myself
I can no longer find who i was
Sadness has erased me competely

The colors that once illuminated my life
Have now faded to black and white
My life is dull and lifeless
My breathing is the only sound

I am walking a lonely endless road
Where everyday things never change
Except the deepening sadness of my soul
As my footprints dissapear as if im nothing
