Distributed by God
Music is a gift
Reaching to the soul's most inner pod!
It comes to those
Who possess a sincer passion
Who are anxious to perform
And consider it their life's mission.
There are some who are like this
While others just imitate
Some who embrace the feeling
And some who can't penetrate.
The existance of music
Is the existance of my soul
My heart benign and spirited
Still others sublime as coal.
Stretching from the deepest thought
To the breath that breaks the silence
Music is the artifact
That keeps me in suspense.
If ever there were any possibility
Of a young musician influencing you
I trust that you will open the door, make way
And let music come to you too.
Because
