A knife, a block, and a cutting board
Wait patiently to meet each other
While two pieces of a loaf begin to turn yellow
Becoming acquainted with their friend called butter.
With a quick slice the knife introduces himeself
To both the block of magic and the board.
The cheese flops to the board
Where it anticipates the upcoming travel,
A trip to the bread, and then to the fryer!
After a structured wait a flat companion
Does wedge himself between the heat and his friends,
And with a flip, his goal to turn both sids a golden brown.
From the pan and to the plate,
Then to my mouth, no longer must I wait!
