This was finished in February 2006, and should have been called 'Bookends', until I realised there was a superior Simon and Garfunkel album with the same name. (As well as an Alfie EP of course...)
'Bookends' would have been a perfect name though - the first and last songs were kind of written to introduce and round off the record - and spookily they are exactly the same length! Also, there's even a song with 'bookends' in the title. Oh well...
