Bylaws are being written for the Youth Advisory Board so that they may be approved by the Board of Directors at the 2006 Convention. Bylaws will add organization, structure, and definition to the Youth Advisory Board. The directors expressed in October that we would need to have a set of approved bylaws before we are able to continue submitting proposals.
