How can you foster a pet?

* First you neomail po3_adoptions and tell us why you want to be a foster parent and on which account you'll be taking care of the pets.
* If you get a reply stating that you're an official foster parent of the Adoption Agency, then you can go to the pound and adopt a pet there. You try to improve the pets stats and maybe let him/her visit the lab ray (NOTE: We don't give out lab pieces to our foster parents, if you want this feature you have to get it yourself as we won't take the risk of losing such an amount of money).
* We'll neomail you if we found a new owner for your foster pet, we'll give you the username of the new owner so you can put the pet in the safe transfer zone of the Neopian pound. We'll of course give you the 1000 NPs you need in order to put the pet in the transfer system as we don't expect you to pay for this.
* To become an official foster parent, you have to be at least a Billie in the guild!
* If you're an official foster parent then you can neomail po3_adoptions to get some items like books, potions, codestones,etc. that you may ONLY use on your foster pets, not on your own! Just say which items you need and we'll send them to you right away, this is one of the advantages of being an official foster parent.
* If you want to be a foster parent but you don't have the required rank in the guild, you can but you won't receive any items so you'll have to do it all on your own, sorry...

Notes:
* When you become a foster parent, it is forever! Unless you leave the guild or you tell us you want to quit and wait till all your foster pets have been transfered.
