MENU: Fresh Spinach Salad with Tomatoes, Onions, Candied Pecans
and Mandarin Oranges. Served with Baisamic Vinaigrette.
ENTREE: Chicken Picatta - Seared Breast of Chicken baked in a
Lemon & Caper White Wine Sauce and served over a bed of
Seasonal Herbed Rice. Also includes a selection of seasonal
vegetables, fresh rolls and butter.
BEVERAGE: Arbuckle Gourmet Coffee and Iced Tea
DESSERT: Fresh Fruit Plate, plus a plate of Almond cookies
