Potato Creek State Park in northern Indiana is a beautiful campground. This is where our family reunion was held in June of 2002. This park was one of the best we have ever stayed at. The bathrooms and showers were very clean, except my wife had a problem with one of the shower heads. The park is huge, in order to go swimming we had to drive to the beach because it was over a mile away, but the lake was beautiful. We were lucky enough to see the fireworks display at the end of June and it was one of the best fireworks displays we have ever seen. There is huge concession area on the beach and they were selling ice cream, hotdogs and many more things for the kids. The campsites were huge, I would guess a a good 50 yards between campers. Excellent place and it was cheap, only $16 a night. Check out the link below for more information.
