| Applications
of Matrices
This
section has one part that you will cover. It has to do with
communication matrices. Ships, radio towers, computers and
many more items communicate through matrices. Remember the
definition of a matrix; a rectangular array of numbers, or elements,
enclosed by brackets, consisting of rows and columns. This section
teaches you how to determine which element can communicate with
another element and how many steps it takes for one element to
communicate with a third element. Not real tricky, but makes you
use everything you have learned about matrices up to this point.
Convenient, eh? By the way, this is your independant
study. Thought I should warn you, but don't worry, it's
not all that difficult.
