| Sculpted a life size statue of a child for The Riley Hospital for Children's 80th Birthday Celebration. The T.A.G. Art Company was chosen to represent Fort Wayne by decorating a wagon for the celebration. They in turn called Platypus Productions to comission a child sculpure. The sculpture was made of fiberglass, and then painted to simulate a copper finish. The wagon is to be auctioned off, and the proceeds will go to the Childrens Hospital. (2004) Helped to create ideation sketches and designs for several Star Wars Unleashed collectible figures including the following characters: Han Solo, Obi Wan Kenobi, Yoda, and Chewbacca. Sketches were used to help finalize poses, features, and costing. (2002) Responsible for the complete design, mold and model work on Indiana Jones Monopoly for the Blue Sky Ideation Committee at Kenner, Inc. Designs included Indy themed cards, pieces and game play as well as new board design and card holders. (2001) Designed and proposed Heroes of Redwall Action Figures based on popular Redwall novels by Brian Jaques for the Blue Sky Ideation Committee at Kenner, Inc. Though this idea was not followed, it assisted in the development of a collectable card game. (2000) Responsible for creation and design of Star Wars: Rebel Heroes. This idea was action figures and playsets for pre-school aged children. This line would feature larger figures, accessories and vehicles specially designed for the same play pattern as older children, but safe for the younger ones. This idea is currently being pursued by Hasbro, Inc. (2000) Coordinated the design, sculpture, mold and model making, and hand painting of over thirty Customized 12� Action Figures in under three years. Such sculpts include: Mel Gibson, Harrison Ford, Kiefer Sutherland, Tom Cruise, Pierce Brosnan, Kristin Kruek, Tom Welling, Dean Cain, Christopher Reeve, Tobey Maguire, and Hugh Jackman, to name a few. (2000 - 2003) Was instrumental in the production of Lennigan Versus the Cat. This black and white short film featured the classic struggle between man and cat, pushed to the limits. When the pet/owner relationship sours, the man gets rid of his cat� eternally, only to have the cat return for his revenge. In this comedic/horror film was responsible for directing actors and animals, producing, writing the script, editing audio and video, and portrayed the lead role of Lennigan. (1998) Was involved in the production of a documentary entitled How To Brush Your Teeth. In this satirical look at dental hygiene, viewers are shown what to do and what not to do by two characters. The first is the perfect picture of dental perfection. The other, a misguided individual who brushes his teeth with toilet brush� Directed, produced, wrote, edited, and narrated the production. (1998) Responsible for creation of a film-noir cartoon entitled Grasshopper Investigations, which is loosely based on childhood bedtime stories. This cartoon takes place in the 1930�s world of bugs. The main character is a grasshopper detective named Gabriel who must solve mysteries and bring criminals to justice. Currently pursuing a children�s book series. Created, directed, wrote, illustrated, and animated this feature. (1996 - present) |

| Was an active member of The Boy Scouts of America, Pack and Troop #320. Advanced from Tiger Cubs to Cub Scouts and Weblos, achieving The Arrow of Light, then Graduated to the Troop to achieve the rank of Life. Was elected to the post of Senior Patrol Leader by the other members of the Troop three times. Also honored by being chosen for The Order of the Arrow, where achieved the rank of Brotherhood in the Mawat Woakus Lodge #449. (1984 - 1996) Implemented a more efficient record of mold storage by creating an excel spreadsheet, which replaced the existing card catalog system. Success on this system caused other to follow such as digital documentation of the company�s color formulas and mixing ratios. (2002 - 2004) Achieved Honors Graduate status upon gradation from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh (1998). Exceeded expectations of the curriculum using creative and innovative ideas to complete the assignments while being employed full time. Exceeded requirements of the musical department by participating in all aspects of the program between the years of 1988 through graduation in 1996, earning the Musical Excellence Award. Performed in Symphonic Band, Pep Band, Solo and Ensemble competition, the Electric Riff jazz band, and the Mighty Marching Machine, whose resume includes performances at Ameriflora Celebration (1992) in Columbus, Ohio; The Peach Bowl parade and half time show (1993) in Atlanta, Georgia; led Disney�s Electric Light Parade (1993) in Orlando, Florida; Detroit�s Thanksgiving Day Parade (1994); and Brach�s Holiday parade (1995) in Chicago, Illinois. |
