Statement of Purpose
The purpose of preparing an updated Plan for the Town of New Baltimore is to develop a better understanding of what we want to be as a community based on public input and discussion, and to develop a "roadmap" of how we want to get there.
In Part 1 of this effort we will work together to develop a Vision for New Baltimore by answering questions such as:

Who are we as a Town - what do we value?

What are our impressions of where we are now?

What information does available data provide to improve our understanding of our current situation and what additional information would be helpful.

What does the community want to see in development?

What do we want to save?
-
Where we want to go from where we are now?
The Vision we develop in Part 1 of our effort will provide guidance to elected and appointed officials in their work for us. It will also provide the groundwork in Part 2 to help us decide on recommendations and action steps to help get us where we want to go.
