The Saratoga Springs website is a good example of a municipal website and they have several planning and land use documents on line that could be examples. They have a strong and innovative land use control strategy. The "West Side Design Guide" is an example of design guidelines that is downloadable as a PDF file. It requires Acrobat Reader to open.
