4th Citizens Planning Advisory Group Meeting - 25 February, 2004 MEETING SUMMARY Hard copy of the CPAG expectations as organized at the last meeting was distributed. Warren Hart, Director of the Greene County Department of Planning and Economic Development made a very informative presentation on developing a comprehensive plan and answered many questions from the group. There were no comments on the draft First Letter that was distributed at the last meeting. All agreed that if they had any final comments they would contact Bob Knighton by March 3. If Bob hears no comments by that date, he should consider the letter ok. Dates for public information and input meetings were discussed. Recognizing that there would be school recess from April 9-16 it was decided to try for meetings at Medway fire station on Wednesdays March 31 and April 7; Cornell fire station on Thursdays April 22 and 29; and at the Town Hall on Saturdays April 24 and May1. The group authorized Bob Knighton to confirm availability of locations and finalized dates prior to the next meeting. Due to the lateness of the hour remaining agenda items were postponed to the next meeting on March 10. |
