3rd Citizens Planning Advisory Group Meeting - 11 February, 2004
MEETING SUMMARY
CPAG expectations from the previous meeting were organized into subjects [See attached].
Brief discussion of the roles of New Baltimore’s Town Board, Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals was given by Arlene. Jeff Flack, New Baltimore’s representative to the county Planning Board described their function and processes, setting the stage for Warren Hart’s 25FEB presentation.
Discussion of Recommendations to the Town Board was postponed until next time.
Review of the 30 minute version of the Conservation Fund’s Community of Choices resulted in agreement that the tool is good for the coming public meetings.
People were given Warren Hart’s package and asked to consider scheduling for the coming public meetings.
David Louis’ draft First Letter was distributed for comment next time.
