2nd Citizens Planning Advisory Group Meeting - 21 January, 2004
MEETING SUMMARY
Visioning started with review of the statement of purpose developed by the PlanToPlan Working Group and the recommendations package submitted to the Town Board, Dec 2003.
This led into a discussion of what everyone’s expectations from the planning process to be, what that process should accomplish and why people want to participate. The list of input from that session is attached—in the order copied down.
Consensus was reached for future meetings to be scheduled the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month. Meetings are tentative in that if there is no need for a session, it will not be held. However, meetings will be limited to those dates so people can anticipate and set them aside.
