Planet X Flyer - from our first gig at The Boardwalk - click to view full size Gig #5 - Played The Boardwalk. again, this time between Use2bsane and Kattywompus. We had to stay all the way until the end because Steve (Kattywompus bassist - a guy whose zebra-striped truck actually has a pair of balls hanging from beneath the license plate) was borrowing Ron's bass head. So far, it was our best show - although it did start a little strange. We didn't get a sound check - and we hardly had a line check. Right as we're going through checking the guitar levels - the soundguy takes a pee break, then doens't come back... for 15 minutes. Although I can't say that for sure, he never really let us know when he was actually back. We kinda wound up standing around on stage ...waiting...

Oh well...he gave us the best sound that we've had there so far and that's what counts. The audience response was good - we picked up about 20 new people for the snail-mailing-list, even if I couldn't get a lot of people close to the stage - hey guys - guess what?

    I LIKE TO MOSH.

(Yeah...bay-bee, "Milkbone-Booty-Cruncher (By Follow for Now)" on the serious tip.)

It's a little tough to mosh and crowd surf with just four people at the front of the stage - (even if it would look kinda cool - hmmm, maybe if it was four stong people?)
