| Dear Planeteers, Thank you for the wonderful adventure of being your College Radio DJ on a Sunday evening... Time really does fly when you're having fun! KTUH has been a wonderful part of my life and I've had a blast closing out my weekend playing music from all over the planet - with no restrictions and tons of freedom - sharing all the varied tunes that make it across my radar. Sadly the wonderful collaborations we've had over the years will be coming to an end... Yes, the rumor is true, today is the final installment of the Planet on a beautiful Sunday in Manoa Valley. Each week's unique playlist is always created with you in mind. I have learned so much through the generous and sharing people who call and include me in their evenings. My horizons have been broadened by Planet of Sound and I'll miss spinning the requests which send me all over the station. Some of my favorite artists were discovered after you told me about live shows and festivals you saw, or a certain album you used to have in your collection. My musical knowledge is richer and greater than I ever imagined, and worth a lot more than I've ever paid in UH tuition ;) To each and everyone who's tuned in and just made the Planet a wonderful place to be, THANK YOU! I'll miss the flow and transition into the workweek, but don't fret, I'll still be a part of College Radio for a little while longer. I'll be doing a weekday show instead. Starting June 19, if you're ever up really early to walk the dog, or if you're cramming an all-nighter, please join me on my Planet, spinning the music that makes me happy on Monday mornings, from 3 to 6 am...
