give you $5 free for signing up. Really. You also get referals

you pay for things with an acount you have with them. This is
perfect if you buy something online. Most of the auctions on ebay
are compatible with paypal. It does require a credit card to
register; but don't worry, no unauthorized charged will be made.
Even if you don't use it ever again you can still get the $5 from
your account. You can't loose.
