So why do I like Evander?

So Why Evander?
Well after the fight, I knew
he still was good, and the world knew he was still good. He just
beat Mike Tyson for the Heavyweight Chapmionship (and this was no
fluke, like the Douglas-Tyson fight.) He was dominant in the
fight, but afterwards, he wasn't arrogant at all. He shocked me a
second time that night, but this one really stuck. He just beat
someone that was supposedly 'unstoppable,' but instead of being
cocky, he was humble. Mike Tyson was virtually invincible in the
'80s. This was a huge feat to beat him like that. But all Evander
kept doing was praising and thanking the Lord for allowing him to
win. No 'I'm the best' type comments, that so many athletes
resort to nowadays. The interviewer kept trying to make Holyfield
say something cocky or to draw some contreversy, but Evander was
too smart. He was sincere with what he was saying. He was very
sportsmanlike, and I have so much respect for him because of
this. I only wish that I can be as humble if I achieve something
on such a grand scale.
