So Why do I like Evander?

So Now What?

After the second Lewis fight Holyfield won an ESPY for fighter of the decade.I really think he deserved it because he had so many big fights during the '90s. The 3 Bowe fights, the first Tyson, the second Moorer, and the second Lewis were all great fights. He even beat great fighters of the '80s in Holmes and Foreman. No one else fought the quality of opponents like Holyfield did. Lewis was good, but he didn't start fighting big names until the last half of the '90s.

After that, I heard rumors that Evander was contemplating retirement, but it turns out Evander is still in the title chase. He is poised to be the first man to win the Heavyweight Championship of the World 4 times. He will not have to beat Lewis for the title, but instead John Ruiz. This seems to be a much easier task. I am very disapointed the fight was pushed back though. Hopefully the titles will be united once again soon, and of couse I hope Evander will be the man to do it.
