POKÉMON CRYSTAL IS ALMOST HERE!!!

The new version of Pokémon for Gameboy Color has just been released! This new game features the cool option of choosing between being a male or female trainer, each one with its own Pokégear and PokéPack, and now the Pokémon animate slighty when going into battle, like this:

These are the Maps for both trainers:

There have been some other changes, improvements and additions as well:

The Battle Tower near Olivine City, where you can fight tons of Pokémon trainers, each one with teams set at specific. You can win valuable items if you prove your worth!
Locations of wild Pokémon have changed a lot, as well as frequencies.
Level-up abilites have changed for some Pokémon, specially Suicune.
Buena, the hot new radio personality will give you the chance to get some cool and rare items if you drop by the Radio Tower nightly.
Trainers registered in your phone list might call and offer you a rare stone!
Gym Leader Clair'll make you take the Trainer Challegue in the Dragon's Den, where your Pokémon knowledge will be put to test in order to earn the Rising Badge!
In the Tin Tower, you'll find the Wise Trio guarding a Suicune. They'll tell you of a mystical Clear Bell and the legend of the city's two towers, they'll battle you. If you win, you'll have a chance to capture the rare and elusive Suicune and meet Eusine, a Pokémon trainer who is after Suicune as well.
There are many new characters in Pokémon Crystal, such as the Poké Seer, who will tell you where and when you got a Pokémon and how happy it is, amd the Move Tutor, who appears in Goldenrod City after you've defeated Red in Mt. Silver and can teach some really cool moves, but he charges a very high price!

The game will also develop deeper in the mystery of the Unowns. And you can catch Celebi, but only on the japanese version, as these screenshots show:

This is the new villian, Eusine, called Minaki in the japanese version:

And, finally, here you have some more pics:
