| My 4.25 inch scope was also built for a reason; I needed a small instrument to take on vacation. The result was a 4.25 inch f5.6 scope using a dobsonian tripod mount.Tjis little unit is compact and has made several trips to N.H. Since it's faster than usual, it is short and provides good wide views. It almost make a good guide scope for my 12 inch, but I don't have any plans to use it for that right now. It's too handy to take out on the back porch for 15 or 20 minuite sessions before bed. | ||||||||||||
